|Thumbs Up / Down: We have added a new feature within the conversational interface for the end user to select a thumbs up or thumbs down icon to leave feedback on chatbot responses. The thumbs down icon will prompt the user to add feedback on why they were dissatisfied. This new feature will give you the ability to see more detail on chatbot accuracy and sentiment so you can identify areas of improvement.|
Simplify Admin Dashboard & Reporting
Chatbot Response Rating Widget: We have added new widgets that give you insights to the thumbs up / thumbs down ratings within the chatbot responses.
